Dear Band Family,

We are looking forward for a full week camp and the performance on Friday evening. Please check the attachments for the packing list and wbbands.info website for other details.

BAND CAMP GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location: Tamarack Camp 4361 Perryville Rd, Ortonville, MI 48462 (248) 627-2821
Leaving for Camp: We will meet at West Bloomfield High School by the band room at 6:30am on Monday to load the buses for camp. Buses leave at 7:00am.
Returning Home: No bus service will be provided for the trip home, therefore, you must take your child home or make arrangements in writing to have them go home with another parent. Parents are welcome to come to camp any time after 5:45 PM Friday evening to load your student’s luggage and watch rehearsal. Students will perform what they have learned throughout the week on Friday evening at 8:00 pm. Friends are invited to attend this performance. There are no seats so you may want to bring a chair. Do NOT bring pets to Friday’s performance. Students will not be dismissed until the truck is completely loaded.

SHOW SHIRTS
Show Shirts for Glass Half Full , an order form sent out last Friday with kids and link is also available on website.

Band members wear these to school on special days, or under the uniform at competitions.  Family members wear these at our field Day, and at away competitions.  Order forms are in your green Registration folder or can be downloaded HERE.  Orders with payment need to be dropped off in the Band Boosters mailbox in the band room. Remember Show Shirt order due August 19.
