Dear Band Family,

Way to go WB…as always you all did an excellent job at Field Day and we greatly appreciate all your hard work! It was a great success in the end even though we had couple of hiccups in the middle due to the unpredictable weather. Thank you for all the volunteers, food donations and great photographers.

Here is the email from MCBA.  What a team!

Christina and Chad,

Thank you for hosting Field Day.

The breakfast, lunch and snacks that you provided were excellent as were the rooms and equipment used by the judges and bands.

A special thank you for the use of your band raincoats, plastic bags, and the canopies at the field!

Please express MCBA’s gratitude to your volunteers and give them a big   KUDOS!  for a job well done.

A few Updates:

We are running a fundraiser through Snap-raise. One week is already gone. We have 3 more weeks to go. Keep sending the emails and reminder to your family and friends about this fundraising. This fundraiser involves emailing potential donors and asking for donations. The funds from this are going towards uniforms and percussion equipment. As always, we cannot force families to participate. However, we are asking for high levels of participation. If you received an email or text from your child today, it was for this fundraiser. Students who obtain certain levels of donations can earn prizes such as Nike t-shirts, athletic gear, and backpacks.

Questions can be directed to me regarding this fundraiser at
