On Wednesday, March 21, 2012 the Band Boosters will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction. Each year the Band Boosters provide sectional teachers, and specialized instruction, for the Concert Band programs in the West Bloomfield School District. This fundraiser is wholly dedicated to raising funds for those teachers.
A complete Spaghetti dinner will be offered from 6 PM to 8 PM. Many wonderful items are available for bidding during our Silent Auction. Entertainment will be provided by the West Bloomfield High School Jazz Band.
Tickets for this event are $7.00 each (cash or checks made payable to BBAWB). Order forms for tickets will be sent home with WBHS and Abbott students on Monday, February 27, and OLMS students on Tuesday, February 28. You will also find an order form for Tickets attached to this email. Please feel free to print it and use it to place your order.
We are asking each student to please sell a minimum of four tickets at a cost of $28.00. If you are unable to attend this event, please consider making a $25.00 donation to the Band Boosters.
Order forms and money are due back to the band directors by Monday, March 12. Tickets will be sent home with students on Monday, March 19.
Tickets will also be for sale at the band concerts at WBHS on February 29, at Abbott on March 1, and at OLMS on March 8. They will also be available at the WBHS Marching Band meeting on March 13. Click here for Order Form.
